Jay Carskadden is a designer and artist working primarily with gouache, watercolor, ink, and paper.

 

Jay’s little paintings are a mix of simple silhouette shapes cut in watercolor paper and combined with wild and colorful background gouache, watercolor, and ink paintings. The two put together create art that is magical and sweet that she likens to a piece of jewelry or talisman.
